• startIndex: zero-based UTF-16 index where replacement begins
• suggestion: replacement string

Uses the supplied component as the dropdown label, separately from the replacement string.

Parameters:

• startIndex: zero-based UTF-16 index where replacement begins
• suggestion: replacement string
• displayText: component shown in the dropdown
